About 

  • Throughout his career, Luke has been actively involved in the land acquisition process for a variety of projects, including multi-family, single-family, commercial, industrial, and data center developments.

    He has worked with a diverse range of developers such as Duke Realty (DRE), Heidelberg Materials (HDELY), Soluna Holdings (SLNH), Fischer Homes, Pulte (PHM), Greystar, Pine Grove Partners, and Southeast Capital Companies.

    Although Luke has contributed to 100+ projects spanning from Florida to Kentucky and everywhere in between, he considers Forsyth County his home and lives in Cumming, GA on a small farm.

    In both life and business, Luke believes that we should seek to glorify God in all things we do as 1 Corinthians 10:31 commands us, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

    When Luke isn’t working on a land deal you can find him lifting weights at Cumming Strength and Fitness, working on the farm with his wife Elizabeth and daughter Shiloh, or chasing game in the Chattahoochee National Forest with a bow and arrow.

    Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Thomas Edison State University, is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, and is an Eagle Scout.

  • Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia Southern University. His professional experience is wide-ranging, with a strong foundation in business and financial management.

    His ability to spot untapped potential has positioned him as a valuable resource in Georgia’s competitive real estate landscape.

    Outside of work, Justin enjoys a rich and active lifestyle.  God is at the center of his family and his ultimate goal in life is to lead his family to heaven.

    He spends quality time with his wife and three children, and pursues a variety of hobbies including bow hunting, knife making, and restoring vintage two-stroke dirt bikes.
