Forsyth County continues to see strong industrial growth, and one of the most recent developments is now underway at the intersection of GA 400 and Pendley Road. The property, formerly part of the larger parcel known as 2200 Pendley Road, has been subdivided and is now being developed by Euphoric Development LLC.

Project Overview

Euphoric Development is constructing a 222,000 square foot industrial building on the site, taking full advantage of the property’s existing M1 (Industrial) zoning designation in Forsyth County. The project includes:

• 222 standard parking spaces for employees and visitors
• 33 dedicated trailer parking spaces for logistics and distribution operations
